On November 12, we hosted another successful Board Member Round Table at The Capital Grille, uniting board members, property managers, and industry experts for a session on legislative updates, signal compliance, and budgeting challenges in condo communities. We recently hosted the Challenges of Vertical Living: Board Member Round Table, bringing together board members and property managers to discuss the unique challenges facing condo communities today. This exclusive event provided a space for open dialogue on critical topics such as managing rising insurance costs, short-term rentals, concrete restoration expenses, construction noise, and overall escalating costs.
