My biggest challenge as a creator? Figuring out what tools to use. I’ve tried them all….LinkTree, Kajabi, and Gumroad. But they created more problems than they solved. It was super confusing and super expensive. I spent hundreds of dollars a month. And didn’t get the results I wanted. So I stopped building my community. Which was disappointing to me and my followers. But I didn’t give up building my dream community. I needed a comprehensive solution that was: -Affordable? -Easy to use -All in one place I then discovered Stan. It’s an all-in-one creator storefront. Empowering solopreneurs and creators. To monetize their skills and expertise. Through courses, digital products, and services. And all for just $29/month. Stan is like a gift from the community building gods. I am now building a community for my super fans outside of LinkedIn. I’m excited to introduce you to: “Kraski’s Wow Wow Meow Meow Content Club” I’ve already set up my community and it took me less than a few hours. It will be home to exclusive content for my Stan community (that won’t be seen on LinkedIn) including: -New before seen videos? -Webinars and trainings -Digital products? -Ecourses? -And so much more It solves all my community building problems. 1) I’m not a very technical person. Stan simplifies everything for a novice like me. It’s super easy and straightforward to use. I was able to set up my new community in less than a few hours. This setup includes a community chat group as well as a series of webinars. Once you enter the Stan store it’s just as simple as a few clicks of the button. 2) Also, you don’t need to build a website for your offering. I now have a beautiful storefront for my products and services. With a link right on my LinkedIn profile. 3) I’ve been waiting to build my dream community. In a place beyond LinkedIn and my other social media. Now they have one central place to gather. To sum it up: Building community is what I love most. Stan is the perfect place for me to build my dream community. Check out the carousel below to see what I’m building. The best part? You can start implementing it today. Check out the carousel… Open a Stan Store & start building your business today: https://bit.ly/3NV22zY Trust me on this one and thank me later.

Hate your boss? Hate companies? Hate not being able to work remote? Take that anger and then head over to Canva. 1. First identify your source of anger. Perhaps you’re mad at your old boss Dave who made you work 8 hours a day and do your job. Now you have a powerful quote! “Don’t be a Dave!” 2. Now find a nice, juicy billboard on Canva. 3. Put that quote on the billboard for the world to see. 4. Add some cute puppies and fluffy pancakes. Boom boom bang bang! Wow wow meow meow! You now have LinkedIn magic! Thank me later. Hope this helps. Trust me on this one.

Had an amazing time yesterday on the podcast with John Kraski! This one was special for me—John was the one who inspired me to start sharing about AI and education here on LinkedIn. It was such an honor to have him on the show! While this episode doesn’t dive too deep into AI or education, we hit on topics that are still super relevant to the space: how to be authentic, finding real value in LinkedIn amidst the noise, and tips for students and teachers starting out here. And of course, we covered the essentials...like the joy of almond croissants. (Because who doesn’t love a good pastry on a podcast?) Thank you so much, John, for such a fun and insightful chat. I’d love for everyone to check it out—the link is in the comments! Whether you’re looking to level up your LinkedIn game or just want a good laugh, this one might be my favorite yet. Because in the end, AI in education is all about collaboration, and that’s exactly what we’re building here! #AIinEducation #LinkedInTips #Podcast #Collaboration #BeYourself #ILoveCanva

Rising debt, higher costs—who’s helping? The industry is shifting. Every time I think about the UK’s financial future. One thing stands out: Right now, the focus is on people who can afford financial advice. But here’s the truth: that’s only a small part of the population. As living costs rise and debt becomes an even bigger issue, I believe we’re going to see a shift in the industry. Tech is going to play a massive role in expanding access to financial support. And Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are set to become a game-changer. Financial stress is one of the top reasons people struggle at work. And employers are starting to realize something important: → it’s not about raising salaries. What if employers could help people make the most of what they already have? Through tax-efficient pay structures and better financial planning, they can. And that’s exactly where we fit in. With inflation and the cost of living putting pressure on personal finances, financial well-being is no longer just a "nice-to-have." It’s about helping people feel secure and focused at work. Without being weighed down by financial worries. This is where the industry is heading—and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of it.

A lesson I wish I learned earlier in life: You can reinvent yourself at any age. Don’t believe me? The first 48 years of my life were a complete failure. Failed jobs. Failed relationships. Failed life decisions. 3 years ago, I was given a chance by Mark Cuban. I worked for one of his VC backed companies. I then started to leverage LinkedIn. 3 years later: -Hosted a TV show -Published a book with Wiley -Became a LinkedIn Top Voice -Started and sold an innovations company -Had an almond croissant named after me Want to hear more about the power of reinvention. Join me and Josh McLean tomorrow. He does a lot of cool stuff at Nike. He’s also the author of Catalyst. One of the best books ever. It’s going to be a fun one. Trust me on this one.
