We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Kenny on his well-deserved promotion to Lead Technician! Since joining the Miamisburg by the Mall team, Kenny has proven to be a wonderful addition to our BRG family. He jumped right in, tackling all the preventative maintenance needed for the site and diligently training our other maintenance technicians. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture have been a welcomed asset to the site team at Miamisburg by the Mall. Kenny is patient and always willing to assist his fellow team members during the training process. This site faces more than its fair share of challenges on a weekly, if not daily, basis, yet Kenny never gets overwhelmed. He handles every situation with remarkable ease and professionalism. Since joining BRG in 2016, Alex has embarked on an inspiring journey that showcases her relentless commitment and impressive growth within our organization. Here is a snapshot of her remarkable trajectory: 2016: Alex began her career as a Leasing Consultant at Crown Crossing. 2017: She was promoted to Manager at Hunter Ridge. 2018: Alex embraced the challenge of managing both Concord Woods and Hunter Ridge as a multi-site manager. 2020: Her exceptional performance led to her promotion as Community Manager of Barkley Ridge, one of our largest sites. 2022: Alex earned her CAM certification. 2022: She was promoted to Senior Community Manager, overseeing Crown Court and Oakwood. 2024: Alex was honored with the Prestige Award for GCNKAA for Best Multi-Site Manager. 2024: She transferred to Wentworth Estates. 2025: Alex became an instructor for the Apartment Association CALP certification, teaching three 8-hour day courses. Throughout her employment at BRG, Alex has proven to be an invaluable member of our team, consistently leaving every community better than she found it. She never shies away from hard work and her leadership is truly unmatched. Her teammates describe her as caring, determined, and always willing to lend a hand whenever and wherever it is needed. Alex applied the formula of success in our industry—learning from the ground up, confronting challenges head-on, taking on difficult properties and transforming obstacles into opportunities. This formula has led her to several promotions in our company and significant recognition in our industry. In her new role as Area Manager, Alex will oversee Wentworth Estates, along with Crown Court, Oakwood, and Barkley Ridge Apartments. We know she will succeed and continue to inspire and lead her teams with her signature leadership style of thoughtfulness, humor, and empathy.
