Back in 2007, friends James Watt and Martin Dickie from the the North East of Scotland, were bored of the industrially brewed lagers and stuffy ales that dominated the UK market. They decided the best way to fix this undesirable predicament was to brew their own beers. Consequently, BrewDog was born. Two men, one dog & a mission to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are is how it all started. 16 years later - +3000 crew mates globally. 4 state of the art breweries - Ellon, Columbus, Berlin & Brisbane. +100 bars. 220,000 Equity Punks. The UK's fastest growing brand and the top craft beer brand in the world. The mission remains. But this is only the beginning.

IT’S BEEN 10 (TEN) YEARS SINCE BrewDog Liverpool OPENED ITS DOORS… and obviously, we’re having a mild existential crisis. 10 years is a long time, folks So here’s a list of things that were happening around the same time the bar opened: - Mo Salah was playing for Chelsea - We created and released 36 different BrewDog beers (across the year) - The ice bucket challenge was a thing - Samuel Eto'o was an Everton player - “I don’t care” by Cheryl (Cole, obviously) was no.1 Cheers to you, BrewDog Liverpool. Thanks for making us all feel old.

THE BIG ADVENT TREASURE HUNT How much do you want win a beer-filled advent calendar? Let's find out. This week (4th-8th Nov), we’re hiding advent calendars in various BrewDog bars around the UK. There's three per bar, and one of them might just be for you. Here’s how you can get involved… STEP 1: Look out for clues on our Instagram stories (@ brewdogofficial) and Twitter/X (@ BrewDog) to work out where they are. STEP 2: Head to the bar. Shout “I’M VERY CLEVER AND I’VE CRACKED THE CLUE” at the bar crew. Nicely. STEP 3: If you’re given the green light, get hunting. We’ve officially opened the doors to our FIFTH bar in the Scottish capital, right in the heart of Edinburgh Waverley train station, with our friends at SSP UK & Ireland.
