Both changes are effective immediately, as James Arrow steps down for personal reasons.?? ? A podcast from a beer lab?! ? Our Head of Quality, Dr Fraser Gormley, believes that (this is a direct quote) "beer is science as f**k". And after listening to this, it’s not hard to see why. ? We invited Joe Marler and Tom Fordyce to record an episode of their Things People Do at our HQ in Ellon with this beery legend, and it’s safe to say we all walked away a lot smarter after it. ? Essentially, this is 45 minutes on all the crazy stuff that goes into beer making, discussing fermentation, flavour deterioration, and lots of other big words.
