STEM in Action at Enterprise Elementary! I am incredibly proud to have observed our students putting their engineering skills to the test by designing tinfoil boats and experimenting with buoyancy. Watching them create waves by dropping a tennis ball from different heights and testing how well their designs could float was a great example of hands-on learning in action. With STEM integrated into all BPS elementary schools, our students are not only learning critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork but also experiencing the excitement of practical, hands-on experiences. Learning through experience starts early, and we are excited to see where their curiosity and skills will take them! #STEMeducation #FutureReady #HandsOnLearning Brevard Public Schools

We are thrilled to share that Laura Negi, a third-grade teacher at Sabal Elementary, has been named the 2025 Brevard Public Schools Teacher of the Year! ?? Her story is incredible – from a student at Sabal, to traveling the world with the Peace Corps in Mongolia and teaching in India, she's come full circle back to where it all began!
