Part-Time Database and Office Associate Location: Midtown Houston, TX Salary: $18-20/hr. Summary: Join our nonprofit client in Midtown Houston as a part-time Database and Office Associate. Support organizational efficiency through database management and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Maintain fundraising and class databases (NFG), ensure website integration, and manage donation reconciliation. EXECUTIVE SUPPORT: Assist Executive Director and Board with agendas, meetings, and administrative tasks. DONOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Input donations, reconcile with Finance Director, and send acknowledgment letters. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: Manage staff meetings, UHI Info email, voicemail, correspondence, and office equipment. This group of business and educational leaders came together to discuss the multitude of job and career readiness opportunities available in the East End, including our new Employability-skills & Career Exploration program for students. ? We made great progress with our East End Youth Leadership Program, our pilot program, scheduled to begin this Fall, with our partners at Tejano Center for Community Concerns - Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success.
