Take a trip to Napa at Brentwood Grille's 5-Course Trefethen Family Vineyards Wine Night! We started our journey with Lobster Ravioli, drizzled over a delightful brown butter sage sauce and fresh truffle paired with Trefethen Dry Riesling. Next, we enjoyed a Baked Five Onion Soup paired with Trefethen Chardonnay, which was snuck into the 1986 Winter Olympics and named "Best in the World." Our third course consisted of Herb Crusted Sea Bass with a saffron risotto paired with Trefethen Eschol Bordeaux Blend. The amazingly plated Dry Aged New York Strip took center stage paired with Trefethen Cabernet Sauvignon. Pastry Chef Amanda surprised us with a delicious dessert to top off the night as we cheered to the Trefethen HaLo Legacy Collection to celebrate and kick off the new year! The Lobster Ravioli was my favorite dish, and they're adding it to their menu to stay. Thank you, Chef John, Bob, Kate, and the entire Brentwood Grille team!
