Yesterday was a huge success at the City of Happy Valley Library expansion grand opening! The community gathered for an unforgettable evening featuring inspiring remarks from our local leaders, live music, delicious light refreshments, and a beautiful display of community art projects. This month, CareOregon celebrated the grand opening of The Hawk’s Eye Apartments in Seaside, OR. The Bremik + CIDA Architecture | Engineering | Planning | Interiors Design-Build team supported CareOregon's efforts to repurpose an existing motel into 55 units of supportive and workforce housing. The facilities will be managed by Clatsop Community Action Agency, and Clatsop Behavioral Health will provide on-site housing support services to the tenants in the 20 units designated for supportive housing. #Bremik #CareOregon #Housing

On Saturday, July 20th, the Bremik Construction team joined Nehalem Bay Health Center Board, Scott Edwards Architecture, Klosh Group, Inc., and community members for the official groundbreaking of the new Nehalem Bay Health Center and Pharmacy. This project represents a major upgrade in local health care for the rural, coastal community.
