We all forget things! Our customer was beyond satisfied and happy with our loading assistance today! 1st off, this was an incredible packing job done by the Breezy Crew. 1 of our best. After 3 hours, we finished loading everything and were ecstatic to see everything fit nice and snug! Until we heard the “oh no” come from inside. The customer had overlooked an item. “No worries!” said the Breezy Crew enthusiastically. We quickly unloaded the POD, gave the remaining item a home in the POD, and repacked everything without a hiccup. Finally! Now we’re all done! So we thought. “You’re going to hate us”. Another item had been overlooked. This would be the 2nd time having to pull out items and repack, not to mention the rising temperatures were caving in on us. They offered to just leave it and sell it, but we noticed that it was an irreplaceable antique, 1 of a kind. That’s not the Breezy way. We told the customer “We’ll get it in there!” and quickly got to work. We managed to fit everything in there, work quickly, and find solutions without a huff or a puff! We have confidence at Breezy Moving Company! This 15ft truck was “too small” and definitely couldn’t fit everything that we needed to load, according to our customer. Our team took a scope at everything that needed to be moved, confidently told them that we can make this happen, presented them a game plan, and executed it to the best of our ability! Throughout the move, it was looking more and more hopeful to our customers that we could somehow miraculously pull this off. In conclusion, we helped our customer save money by taking only taking 1 trip and gave them a great experience by showing them our skills with packing!
