The doors at the Pinnacle on 31st Street are officially open! This past Friday was the grand opening to celebrate this highly anticipated community. We are incredibly grateful to have helped bring this community to fruition. Located in Virginia Beach, Atlantic Park is a mixed used entertainment development that includes a mix of 309 luxury apartment homes, which we are the general contractor for, as well as commercial and entertainment spaces. One of the standout features is definitely the 3.5 acre surf park - the first of its kind on the East Coast and a unique venue for both seasoned and beginner surfers.
