The numbers don't lie: B2B companies now urgently need 50% more pipeline to hit the same revenue targets compared to 24 months ago. Salesforce recently revealed they now require 3X pipeline coverage versus the 2X they needed pre-downturn—and they're not alone. This new reality presents a critical challenge: How do you generate 50% more qualified pipeline without proportionally increasing your sales headcount and costs? The traditional approach—adding more sales reps to do more demos and discovery calls—isn't just expensive. It's unsustainable. More importantly, it doesn't address the fundamental shift in buying behavior driving these numbers. Modern buyers expect immediate engagement. They want to evaluate solutions on their terms, often outside business hours. Every minute between their peak interest moment and the product experience decreases the probability of conversion. This is where autonomous demos are transforming pipeline generation. Our customers at Breakout are seeing: - Instant qualification of prospects 24/7 - Higher conversion rates from website traffic - More informed buyers entering sales conversations - Faster sales cycles The math is simple: If you need 50% more pipeline, you need to engage with significantly more prospects. But you can't do it by simply working your sales team harder. The companies winning in this new environment aren't just working more—they're working smarter by automating the initial demo and qualification process. The question isn't whether you need more pipeline—it's how you'll generate it efficiently at scale. #B2BSales #SaaS #Sales #Revenue #Pipeline

We all know what we call and do as work will undergo drastic changes in the coming year with AI tools. Our team recently dived deep into this very insightful survey by Felicis where they asked 40 GTM leaders about AI and what they think. ?? Companies are starting to dedicate serious budgets for AI tools. This is likely to happen to sales and marketing tools too. We could see more players with a bunch of consolidated tools making a comeback soon. Intelligence shared across will unlock more value and customized workflows. When money is involved there’s always a clear RoI expectation and urgency and AI tools aren’t an exception: ?? 53% of leaders expect ROI in under a year. ?? 30% want results in months. I’d say these were too critical a standard early when AI tools and still figuring which problem best fits AI workflows. ???? Teaching teams how to use these tools would be a key factor when it comes to AI tools. It will take some time to fit these into your usual workflows. People and teams who embrace this change are going to ship a lot more with lean teams.. At Breakout we were in awe of the early AI products. The sheer number of attempts really show the potential of this new technology. Over the last few months we’ve made it a point to question internally, “What is really the best use of AI and how can it become a unified intelligence layer?” What does AI automate, what can it augment, what scales with this new tool will have drastic impacts in how we think about strategy and building teams. AI tools will have a ripple effect across all teams. We even believe it is key to aligning your marketing, sales and support teams very soon in the future. Viviana Faga thanks for making this. We’d love to get your inputs on Breakout sometime. Write ‘Full survey’ in comments and we will share the detailed survey with you
