Breaking Boundaries, Building Bridges As we prepare to celebrate International Women's Day this Saturday, 8th March, I've been reflecting on my journey founding and leading a strategy and design agency in an industry that still has far to go in terms of gender equality. When I launched Bread n Butter, I wasn't just opening a business—I was creating the space I wished had existed for me. A space where strategic thinking isn't separated from creative intuition. Where empathy is valued as much as analytics. Where diverse voices are not only present but actively shape the foundation and structure of the conversation. Our industry has historically celebrated a singular vision of leadership and creativity. But as women, we bring multidimensional perspectives that transform how brands connect with increasingly diverse audiences. Our lived experiences inform our work in ways that create deeper resonance and authenticity. To the women who've blazed trails before me, who continue to champion change alongside me, and who will carry this momentum forward: your vision matters. Your voice matters. Your leadership matters.
