This week Brazos Residential was able to execute two fixed rate , cash out refinances. Both assets (Lovato and Marshall apartments in DFW) were on floating rate debt and purchased together in summer 2022. After buy down, the all in rate was 4.92% on a 5 year term, 2 years interest only . Great to see a 4 again! This would not be possible without the tireless work of our operating team Michele Flores , Victoria Nuncio and onsite staff via Brazos Residential Management Special shout out to William Hancock in overseeing the operations team and implementation.
