Together with Deloitte Digital, we hosted our very first event in Poland – right in the Deloitte Tower in Warsaw! ???? It was a full house with over 50 customer engagement enthusiasts from across Poland joining us to explore the future of personalized experiences. We kicked off with an inspiring opening from Kacper Gilarowski and Aaron Galliner, who shared valuable insights on the state of customer engagement and the growing importance of personalization.
