Jersey City, NJ: Closed a $169.3M senior construction loan for the 477-unit West Side Square in Journal Square. ? Newark, NJ: Secured a $62.5M bridge loan for the 200-unit 50 Sussex. ? Philadelphia, PA: Financed a $14.1M HUD 223(f) loan for a new 61-unit multifamily development. ? Ithaca, NY: Completed a $57.8M HUD 223(f) loan for a premier 200-unit multifamily property in downtown Ithaca. ? Queens, NY: $14M lease-up loan for a multifamily development and $29.7M HUD 223(f) loan for a 9-story newly constructed property. ? Killeen, TX: Closed a $14.6M HUD 223(f) loan for a 200-unit property. ? Bayonne, NJ: Finalized a $46M construction loan for a 128-unit multifamily development. 2024 was a year of delivering results, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our impact on the real estate market.
