We've got another 5 year Brandt-iversary this week! Catherine ‘Cady’ DeLisle joined the company initially to help with CRS development efforts, and has demonstrated aptitude to step into a variety of responsibilities including Lead BA and now is the Operations Support Manager for our Product Support team. She keeps a keen eye on her team, earning kudos for helping to shepherd new PSS hires through onboarding and then remaining attentive to their ideas and challenges as tenured employees. Thanks for all that you do, Cady -- and congrats on five years at Brandt!

This week makes 5 years at Brandt for our Marketing Manager, Caroline Wilson! She was the first hire for the Atlas team and has grown with the organization throughout her tenure at Brandt. She is accountable, proactively taking ownership of work within her scope, and is invested in her client’s success. Thank you, Caroline, for being a part of Brandt’s Atlas team!

Since 2020, Brandt has seen shifts in boating demographics, registration trends, and retention challenges. To support our state partners, we’ve enhanced boater engagement through tools like onboarding email series and timely registration notices.
