In 2020, BCI started the transformation of the city building in Denton, TX to simplify the permitting process for citizens! ?? The city teamed up with us to create a 28,000 sq. ft. one-stop center for access to planning, zoning, building permitting and inspection, stormwater, and other utility requirements.? They revitalized a 1950s-era grocery store in the heart of downtown, breathing new life into the area. The building now boasts a modern fa?ade and an energy-efficient interior, offering easy access to planning, zoning, permits, inspections, and more. It also features conference rooms and a training center for city staff. Extension offices provide invaluable educational resources to communities across the Commonwealth.? We're proud to have helped enhance the Washington County community by designing a facility that will serve and grow with it for years to come! ?? BCI created a master plan for?their 6-acre parcel to meet both current demands and future growth. The site features a brand-new 11,000 sq. ft. facility, a ham house, walking trails, and an outdoor pavilion. Looking ahead, plans include a beekeeping grove, fruit orchard, team-building space with a C.O.P.E. ropes course, and an archery/shooting sports area. The building itself is designed with the future in mind, with housing offices for all five agents, plus space for a future agent. A large Community Room, complete with a stage and storage/support areas, can be divided into two or three spaces for smaller gatherings. ACPL leveled up their library with help from BCI! We added 5,000 sq. ft. of new space, including awesome community rooms and a fresh children’s wing. Plus, we revamped 15,000 sq. ft. with cool maker spaces, meeting rooms, and reimagined collections. Our library got a total refresh—new HVAC, lighting, and more!

We're excited to share some fantastic news and extend our heartfelt congratulations to three of our team members on their new roles! Congratulations to Shari Thomas on her promotion to Grants Coordinator. With years of experience in grant preparation, Shari will continue to excel in securing federal and municipal grants, fostering relationships with funding agencies, and working closely with our clients. A big shout out to Amin Banihashemi on his new role as BIM Manager. Amin will be collaborating with all our BCI offices, enhancing BIM modeling, and setting new standards across the company. He'll also be working out of our Dallas office. We’re proud of the incredible talent on our team and look forward to the amazing things they’ll accomplish in their new positions!
