    #EmbeddedWorld2025 marked another exciting milestone for BrainChip. Over the course of the event, we had the opportunity to engage with developers, partners, and industry leaders from around the globe, all sharing a vision for more intelligent, efficient, and responsive edge AI. Our booth was filled with meaningful conversations, and we were proud to showcase live demonstrations of Akida’s capabilities—including real-time gesture recognition in collaboration with PROPHESEE. The highlight of the week was M Anthony Lewis’s presentation on “Fast Online Recognition of Gestures using Hardware-Efficient Spatiotemporal Convolutional Networks via Codesign.” His talk sparked strong interest in how Temporal Event-Based Neural Networks (TENNs) are enabling high-performance vision applications with ultra-low power demands. A highlight of the week was the presentation by our CTO, M Anthony Lewis, who delivered "Fast Online Recognition of Gestures using Hardware-Efficient Spatiotemporal Convolutional Networks via Codesign" on March 12 as part of the Embedded Vision track. His session explored how BrainChip’s Temporal Neural Networks (TENNs) are designed to optimize vision tasks such as object detection, eye tracking, and gesture recognition with hardware efficiency in mind.
