Echoing Timothy... thank you, Bill Williams and the AccessWave team for hosting a first class insightful event. The contrast in use cases, vendors and executives from every flavor of vertical imdustry made for some spirited discourse and ideation. It reminded me 2008 when social media was a slow feed of text and the first generation of smartphones were opening new paradigms for consumers and marketers alike. Several conversations hosted with attendees during the reception have me looking ahead to visitng the Jersey Shore again soon. Control of costs and revenue growth is in the cards for several businesses with first-party #data (consistently refreshed by a customer data platofrm) and #appliedAI that is securely controlled to work with that intelligence. A busy Wednesday afternoon for speed sessions at Used Car Week. Began with Robyn Burkinshaw and Alison Andreozzi of BlytzPay talking about how self-serve payment technology helps lenders be more profitable, collectors be more efficient and customers have a better experience. Next, Tim Hayden of BrainTrust Partners explained the nuances of the current AI environment and how car dealers can prepare for an AI future. Finally, LeadVenture?’s Aaron Hancock offered up some strategies dealers can use to differentiate their dealership, build their online presence and reputation, and succeed in the changing used car market.
