In the aftermath of Hurricane Francine, the BRAF is actively involved in emergency disaster response efforts to aid those affected by the storm. We are partnering with Community Foundations across the state and accepting donations to provide immediate relief and long-term recovery assistance. Eric Dexter, Vice President of Civic Leadership Initiatives, was featured in WAFB 9's coverage of the launch of Plan Baton Rouge III. This initiative aims to determine the best uses of investments in downtown Baton Rouge and attract more residents and visitors to the area. "[We'll be] looking more at our riverfront, what could be developed along there, but also backing away from the river and looking at housing options, transportation options, and also the development of our office spaces," shared Eric.
