As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we honor the women who have shaped the legal profession through education, mentorship, and leadership. This year’s theme, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” recognizes the collective strength of those who have dedicated their careers to empowering others. At Bradley, we’re proud to support the growth of our female attorneys through the Winn Initiative. Established nearly 20 years ago, the program champions leadership, mentorship, and career development. Named in honor of Ellene Winn, a Bradley attorney who became one of the first female partners in a Southeastern law firm, the initiative builds on her legacy and continues to break barriers. This month, we’ll spotlight some of our female attorneys sharing their insights on mentorship, career growth, and empowering other women in law. Stay tuned to hear their stories and celebrate the impact of women in law. https://lnkd.in/e3nW8cs8 #WomensHistoryMonth #BradleyWomen #BradleyDiversity
