This week, in partnership with Veirano Advogados, we promoted the event ‘Compliance and New Tax Rules: Challenges for Brazilians Residing in the US’, to discuss the challenges and opportunities brought by a new fiscal landscape, as well as its effects on estate planning. ? The discussion was led by a team of experts including Gabriel Mendes, Wealth Advisor at Bradesco Bank, and David Tobon, partner at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP. They were joined by Matheus Piconez, specialist in Tax & Customs, and Graziela Pinto Lima, expert in Estate Planning, Succession & Family Law.

Last week we had the first edition of New Gen International in Miami. An event that addressed essential topics such as family succession, entrepreneurship, high performance, and philanthropy for a select group of Bradesco Global Private Bank clients.? ? New Gen International also featured a series of panels with special guests from different market areas. Among them were Professor John Davis, a globally recognized icon in family business issues; Mary Nicoliello, a psychologist and specialist in family business governance, and founding partner of Family Advisory; Isabelle Randon Frota, sharing her journey in family succession; Andre Duek, international entrepreneur and business strategist; Eduardo Vanzak Mendes, entrepreneur and co-founder of Desinchá; Edu Lyra, CEO of the Gerando Falc?es Institute. To talk about high performance, we hosted Diego Alves, a professional goalkeeper for more than two decades for clubs as Flamengo and Valencia, and Junior “Cigano” dos Santos, an MMA fighter and former worldwide UFC Heavyweight champion. NEO is an immersive experience designed for our Bradesco Global Private Bank young guests, allowing them to explore the daily operations of a bank in the United States. Over the past two weeks, our guests toured various departments, gained insights into the Private Bank's operations, visited strategic partners, and networked with peers at similar stages in their lives. Moody’s ratings assigned to Bradesco Bank are: -?Baa2 baseline credit assessment (BCA); - Baa2 adjusted BCA; -?A3/Prime-2 local currency long-term and short-term deposit ratings; -?Baa2 local and foreign currency long-term Counterparty Risk Ratings (CRR); -?Prime-2 local and foreign currency short-term CRR; -?Baa1 long-term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CRA); -?Prime-2 short-term CRA; -?Baa3 local currency long-term issuer rating; -?Stable outlook to Bradesco Bank’s long-term issuer and deposit ratings.
