Born in Arkansas (her “heart base”) and raised in Sioux Falls, MarShondria combines southern charm with midwestern heart to create a welcoming experience for every customer she interacts with. After living in Tulsa for 10 years, MarShondria moved back to her “home base” of Sioux Falls to be near her mom, Melba, and other family and friends. Since joining BPI in November 2023, MarShondria has made it her mission to ensure every call and interaction leaves customers feeling heard and valued. Her dedication goes beyond simply answering phones—she actively listens, connects customers to the right resources, and builds relationships that make BPI stand out. With a rich background that includes missionary work and international travel to places like Australia, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Italy, Australia, and Jamaica, MarShondria brings a global perspective to her role. Whether it's scheduling deliveries, solving issues, or simply sharing a warm smile, she demonstrates BPI’s commitment to personalized service and teamwork every day.? When she’s not at work, you can find her traveling, hosting meals, reading, dancing (she was even on a dance team for the Sioux Falls Storm!), or cheering others on as their biggest "hype woman." Polly Frey, our Waterloo receptionist, has been that voice for nearly eight years, offering exceptional service and genuine care to every customer who calls or visits. Hailing from Iowa and raised along the beautiful Mississippi River, Polly’s warmth and kindness are rooted in her strong family values and adventurous spirit. She’s lived in New York, Florida, and even Puerto Rico, but Iowa has always been home. She and her family moved to the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area to be close to her aging grandparents, and they have stayed for nearly 50 years.? What sets Polly apart is her ability to create meaningful connections with customers. Whether she’s helping resolve an issue, ensuring deliveries are on time, or simply brightening someone’s day with her cheerful demeanor, Polly embodies BPI’s commitment to putting customers first. Outside of work, Polly is a dedicated mom to five children, a proud grandmother to eight, and a loving fur-baby parent.
