**CALLING ALL HOLIDAY WRAPPING EXPERTS** JOIN US on 12/5 and 12/9 from 10am to 1pm at our Main Clubhouse (410 W California Ave) to help wrap presents so that every Club member at our Main Site and Bella Mente Site will get to receive and open a personalized and wrapped holiday gift. Can't join us for wrapping and still want to support, we'll need lots of supplies to help us wrap presents for our 230 Club kids. Supplies include wrapping paper, bows, tape, gift tags, etc. You can start delivering items TODAY through our Wrapping Parties on 12/5 and 12/9.

All it takes is YOU to make a difference in a child's life. Smart Girls teaches our Club kids healthy ways to express themselves. In this chip salad exercise, the chips represent their feelings and releasing them into a safe shared safe so that they are not keeping them stored up inside.

Today your BGCV Development Team attended the SDG&E 2024 Energy Solutions Partnership Year-End Appreciation Event. The luncheon brought together community partners for an opportunity to connect with each other, share resources and learn about pivotal programs SDG&E offers to support families, holiday safety tips. It even included a trivia round where our VP of Development, Nicole, got to spin the wheel and won a prize for the club kids! Thank you to the SDG&E Team for recognizing all the community partners and bringing us together this afternoon! We are proud to be a SDGE Energy Solutions Partner.

What an incredible experience for all of our Club kids! Thank you to the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force for partnering with us to make this experience possible and for providing our Club kids access to the DARE Program this summer.

In honor of Veterans Day, all branches of the military gathered at the Boys & Girls Club of Vista for special planned landing of the Pave Hawk Helicopter, the Air Forces’ version of the black hawk. Over the summer the Army & Marine Corps, led a D.A.R.E Program helping kids make healthy decisions. What an incredible experience for many of our youth. Thank you to all those who served and continue to serve today!
