Introducing Nicole Forsyth – Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley
We are pleased to share with you that the Board of Directors has unanimously named Nicole Forsyth as the next Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley.
Nicole joins the Boys & Girls Club organization with an extensive career in leadership positions, most recently as Managing Director at Earth Rangers USA Foundation. Originally from NH, Nicole relocated to California and for 17 years she successfully led the non-profit organization, RedRover, as President and CEO in Sacramento, CA. Under her leadership the company grew from $1.2 to $5.9 million, and she empowered her team to maximize their strengths and achieve their goals.

Nicole achieved the Top-Rated Nonprofit award from GreatNonprofits.org for the past 12 years and she successfully negotiated the acquisition of Kind News magazine for kids and served as Editor.

Nicole describes her leadership style as authentic, supportive and inclusive. She possesses extensive relationship-building and management skills, integrity, flexibility, compassion and superb communication and public speaking skills. We are confident that Nicole will bring a wide range of excellence, experience, knowledge, and value to our organization.

Nicole holds an MS in Animal Biology from UC Davis, an MA in Communication from the University of Maine, and a BA in English and a Secondary Teaching Certificate from the University of Colorado. She currently resides in Peterborough, NH and her daughter attends the same high school as she did years ago. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and has a passion for reading books.
