Our Club teens participated in an amazing career exploration experience with DEC Contracting Group and Advance Roofing and Metal Sheet at RCMA's construction project in Immokalee! They received an informative building tour, learned about careers in construction, and got hands-on experience in trades like roofing, electrical wiring, and project management. Huge thanks to these organizations: @dec-contracting-group-inc, Hoffman & Facundo Architects, @advanced-roofing, and @RCMA1965 for giving our students an inspiring look into the diverse opportunities in the construction field. Boys & Girls Club of Collier County's mission is to empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens. We provide high-quality programs and support services that allow Club members to leave us at age 18 “ready for life.” We focus on four essential program areas that we call our Formula for Impact: 1. Academic Success 2. Character & Leadership Development 3. College & Career Readiness 4. Healthy Lifestyles Our Formula for Impact is based on running targeted programs in these areas and ensuring regular attendance and an optimal experience in our Clubs. We have two Club locations, our Nichols Club, located at 7500 Davis Blvd. Naples and our Bolch Club, located at 1155 Roberts Avenue West, Immokalee. We also operate seven school based after-school sites at all elementary schools, the middle school, and the high school in Immokalee.

Homemade pizza from scratch, YUM! Our Club members at Bolch and Nichols learned how to make pizza with Chef Aaron from @inspired-cuisine-personal-chefs. They learned about making fresh pizza dough with yeast, kneading, resting it and rolling it out. They used fresh ingredients and chose their own toppings before putting it in the oven. Also on the menu was a watermelon salad with feta. Fun, healthy eating and learning to make a meal following a recipie - a fabulous experience for our Club members. Thank you Chef Aaron!
