It was a beautiful afternoon full of food from Waldo's Chicken & Beer Brand LLC, music in the park, and a community effort to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. Thanks to everyone's generosity, we raised over $30,000 – our largest donation yet after many years of fundraising through this event! Exciting times at our McEwen Northside development! Yesterday, we hosted NAIOP - NASHVILLE members for an exclusive tour of our newest mixed-use building, Block E. Guests enjoyed guided tours every 15 minutes and capped off the day with a fantastic happy hour on the rooftop at Vintage Vine 100. Block E is shaping up to be a vibrant hub, featuring dynamic office spaces above sought-after retail storefronts and eateries. Earlier this year, we announced tenants like upscale clothier Oak Hall, nationally recognized architects TMP, and leading supply chain company Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS).
