?? ???????????? ?????????????????? ???????? - ?????????????? ???????????? ????????????: ???? ???????? In our today's Boyden Quarterly Call – Q1, the virtual exchange with interim executives, we collected market insights through surveys: Here are our key takeaways and those of more than 225 participants: ?? Interim Market remains challenging with companies being cost-sensitive and hesitant in engaging external ressources ?? At Boyden, we see clients' demand for interim management rising, interim projects being of broader variety and of more complex interim roles ?? We keep getting requests to take on interim management projects in an international environment ?? Project issues can be successfully resolved with external support by experienced Interim Executives ?? Companies also ask for flexible components with regard to fee structure - whereby clear definition and observance of legal aspects are a mandatory requirement for both parties ?? I joined the team at Boyden six months ago and on one hand it feels like that time has gone in a flash, on the other hand it feels like a lifetime… For the first time in nearly 20 years I haven’t been able to speak to my network and meet them in the way I normally would. Today marks the point in time where I’m finally outside of any restrictions and I can get back to some sense of normality with the partnerships I’ve created. I have a huge amount of new information to share, not only from the affordable housing space but from adjoining markets too and I’ll be bringing specialist internal colleagues with me on the journey. Recording this as I walk through my local park is a stark reflection of the current circumstances we live in. Politically, economically and operationally – life is anything but a walk in the park…so I may be joined on my little walks by experts who can share their input on current affairs For those of you attending the National Housing Federation Finance Conference in Liverpool, I look forward to seeing you next week. For everyone else…I’ll see you soon…
