As you guys have probably seen, we've been super busy at Boyd Cycling. We have been growing at a substantial rate and are poised to expand globally over the next couple years. To fuel this growth we are announcing a public offering investment.     We will be making a large announcement on Friday April 26th at the Spartanburg Criterium. If you are a cyclist in the area you should plan to be at this event. We will be on stage at 6:45pm, just before the Pro Women's race.
