Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the CEW x Meta February Member Meet-Up, featuring an inspiring panel of female beauty trailblazers from Glow Recipe, RéVive Skincare, PIMS, and L'Oréal - led by the incredible Karin Tracy. It was a morning full of invaluable insights and stories about resilience, career pivots, and leadership. A few takeaways that really stuck with me: ? Redirection = Alignment – When things don’t go as planned, it’s often because you're being guided toward where you're truly meant to be. ?? Mentorship is just as valuable for the mentor – Investing in others often leads to personal and professional growth. Help those who are in positions your past self was in. ?? No one is irreplaceable, but impact is – Your value isn’t just in what you do but in the impact you create. Always ask yourself: How can I make a difference?
