Bowers Design Build Architect, Designer, Site and Project Manager performed a Box Walk with our custom new home client in Loudon County yesterday. Bowers performs a Box Walk with our clients to confirm that all electrical switch, lights, and also plumbing fixture / specialties are at the exact location to our client's individual liking. Plans and 3D elevations are incredibly effective, but Bowers understands that the feel standing in the space might produce a different thought and that's OK. Ultimately, our goal is all smiles on move in day. We perform this step on any sized project, but in this case a beautiful fully custom new home in Aldie, VA. We started the process with an independent architect believing that the best approach was to design the home and then put the design out to bid. Once we heard about Bowers’ complete turnkey operation that includes architecture, design and building, we engaged them to finish the detailed design work and product selections process. We are so glad that we hired Bowers because they made the whole process so much easier for us, gave us their professional advice on design and products to put in our home…and the construction team was exceptional. Work took place every day and the home was built in less than six months thanks to their experience and processes. Considering the value they provided, the final costs were very much in line with our expectations. If we were to do it again, we would trust Bowers’ performance to be as stellar as it was the first time! In fact, we have hired them to do a few small projects around the house over the past few years and appreciate that they are always there for us when we have questions or want additional work performed.

Quick kudos to Axel Masonry. As part of our whole house renovation project in Clifton, VA, Freddy and Aaron's team took a front walk that had multiple repair attempts by other masons and removed all the mortar, stabilized the bricks and filled the mortar joints to make it look brand new!
