Bowa Construction is proud to have led the build of Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center in Gately Park, a hub for developing track talent and nurturing dreams. Our philanthropic arm, Bowa Gives, in partnership with the Chicago Park District, hosted the inaugural Bowa Gives Girl's Invite at the facility last November. This inspiring event saw 2024 Olympian and Chicago native Shamier Little speak to young female athletes, sharing her journey and experiences. ? Shamier Little, who has trained at our state-of-the-art facility, is one of the two Chicagoans heading to the 2024 Paris Olympics, alongside triple jumper Tori Franklin. Gately Park has become a cornerstone for the track and field community, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication and committing to Dr. Worrill’s vision of increasing youth participation in the sport on the South Side. ? We look forward to the 2024 Olympic track and field events starting on August 1, and we are reminded of all athletes' incredible potential and hard work.
