We are pleased to report that all Florida communities in our portfolio were well-prepared for Hurricane Milton’s impact, and none lost power during the storm. All residents and staff are safe, and SRI Management, LLC is doing an exceptional job responding quickly to the most urgent needs and maintaining consistent communication. ? We are also grateful to report that all of BFG’s employees in Central Florida are safe, although many are without power. The initial report from our property manager indicates that the BFG office in Winter Park was minimally impacted. Please be patient with our team and with our partners at Cobalt Investment Services as we wait for utilities to be restored. ?? Thank you for your messages of support and concern.
