Happy Caregiver Appreciation Day! ?? Today feels like the perfect time to share a story that reminds us why we do what we do. Not long ago, we met a candidate who had been out of the workforce for 10-15 years as a caregiver. Most recruiters would have seen the gap and moved on. But our recruiter, Stacy Ball, saw something different. The candidate had previous sales experience that lined up with the role perfectly—but more importantly, she had exactly what the business needed: deep local connections and an incredibly warm, personable approach. During her career gap, she stayed active in the community, building relationships that became a huge asset. She was eager, excited, and ready to jump back in. But here’s where it gets even sweeter… The founder hiring for the role was looking to step back a bit, hoping to spend more time with her young kids.
