Do you think building AI Agents is just about good prompts? That's why many AI Agentc projects struggle. Here's the uncomfortable truth: AgentOps is essential. Without it, you're flying blind. Here's what the best AI teams use: ?? End-to-end observability (track EVERYTHING) ?? Traceable workflows (no black boxes) ?? Reliable execution (zero surprises) ??? AgentOps platforms (mission control) ?? Production monitoring (catch issues early) Ignore these? You're building on quicksand. A recent study highlights the critical need for comprehensive observability solutions in the development and deployment of autonomous AI agents. https://lnkd.in/g8MfhvVi Ready to master the future of AI development? https://lnkd.in/gu-nCu3R

"Is AI coming for customer service jobs?" Wrong question. The right question is: "How can AI make customer service better?" Here's what happened when Mc Kinsey tested it: ? AI chatbots handled 50% of customer contacts ? Resolution rates jumped 14% ? Response times dropped by 9% ? Manager escalations fell 25% But here's the plot twist: Instead of replacing agents, AI became their secret weapon. New agents performed like veterans. Veterans handled more complex cases. Everyone got more efficient. The result? Happier customers. Empowered employees. 30-45% cost savings. This is just the beginning. Ready to master AI-powered customer operations? ???????? ??????????: ???????? ???????? ????????, ?? ?????? ???????????? ???????? ???? "????????" ?????? ????????. We arranged an RPA training which cost us around 5k per participant. And then, we realized that the use cases are great, and the optics are awesome, but... The reality behind "easy" RPA bot implementation: ?? Needs hours of intensive training ?? Requires actual development skills past drag-and-drop ?? Complex use cases need intricate bot-building experience ??? 10+ years later, honestly it's still not truly "easy" for non-developers Don't fall for the "anyone can do it" hype. Effective automation needs skilled professionals. What do you think?

Choose use cases that scream "Gen AI" to execs (hint: target marketing, sales) ?? Partner with companies trusted by your execs for Gen AI (e.g. Microsoft) ??
