Last week, Synergy hosted the grand opening of The 1926 Club at One Liberty Square, the new amenity space at the property, named for the year of the building’s initial completion. The 1926 Club is free and available to all tenants, and celebrates our ongoing modernization of the property nearly 100 years later. ? We celebrated alongside our tenants with lunch catered by Bostonia Public House, music, networking, and the unveiling of the new space. The 1926 Club offers premium amenities, including an executive conference room, a bar setup with cold brew on tap, a pool table and dart board, TVs and soft seating for casual gatherings. ? We also unveiled Appleton Fitness, a new fitness center named after Samuel Appleton, whose company was the building’s first tenant in 1926. The space features a full gym with strength and cardio equipment, personal lockers, showers with towel service, and a state-of-the-art bike storage room. ? After years of brainstorming, traveling, and doing plenty of research,?we’re excited to finally introduce our fifth concept –?FiDO?Pizza, a casual, neighborhood spot set to open at the Allston Labworks Campus at 250 Western Avenue in the?summer of 2025. FiDO?Pizza will be a?full-service restaurant offering lunch and dinner seven days a week, featuring Chef Colin Lynch’s take on New York-style pizza,?available for dine-in, take-out, and by the slice.?Beverage Director Ryan Lotz will be curating the bar program, serving cocktails, wine, and a selection of draft beers.
