The City of Boston is hosting a series of White Stadium Contracting Opportunity Fairs across Boston this spring and summer! Local contractors, small business owners, and entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend one or more of these events, which are an opportunity to connect with the project team to learn more about upcoming contracts, timelines, and other information. Upcoming contracting opportunity fairs include: ?? Tuesday, March 18 at the National Center of Afro-American Artists, 6pm-8pm ?? Tuesday, April 15 at the Lena Park Community Center, 6pm-8pm ?? Tuesday, May 20 at Grove Hall Library, 6pm-8pm ?? Tuesday, June 24 at the William E. The Boston Main Streets Foundation and the City of Boston | Economic Opportunity and Inclusion Cabinet are excited to partner with the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University for a spring Policy-in-Action project. Our graduate student team, featuring Lizzy Bernold, Yuhan Zheng, Thomas Sfinarolakis, and Jiajing Yuan will drive two key projects in collaboration with BMSF and OEOI: 1. Supporting a Salesforce master data initiative aimed at 'Organizing the City.' 2. Developing actionable policy recommendations and strategies to address the challenges of aging businesses in Boston, commonly referred to as the "Silver Tsunami."
