This week (3/19-21), we welcomed young students from around Massachusetts to our Youth Concerts led by Thomas Wilkins. Many schools were able to attend with the support of the Arbella Insurance Foundation BSO School Bus Program. We're so excited to welcome some new faces to our orchestra! Join us in welcoming our new principal double bassist, Caleb Quillen, and new violinists, Samuel Andonian and Arianna Brusubardis Grace. Also, congratulations to Michael Winter on his promotion to associate principal horn!

We're excited to announce the 2024-25 BSO Concerto Competition winner is cellist Andrew Y. Kim! See him perform the final movement of Elgar's Cello Concerto with us at our Family concert on 3/22.

Congratulations to Adalia Wen, Seokyoung Sean Hong, Yiming William Chang, and Andrew Sijie Li for being selected to perform in our Beethoven Piano Sonatas Masterclass! Last Saturday (1/25), pianist Marc-André Hamelin coached these high schoolers in a Beethoven sonata at #SymphonyHallBoston.

The TFC presents breathtaking musical performances with us and the Boston Pops at #SymphonyHallBoston and Tanglewood.
