The Women's Football Alliance worked with PR giant Havas North America during last night’s Super Bowl to deliver the #GiveUsASecond campaign. The digital blitz was an effort to bring awareness to women's football and garner love from large brands that spend millions in ad money on the game. "Research shows that 84% of general sports fans are interested in women's sports, yet women's sports currently receive less than 1% of global sports sponsorship dollars," said Pamela Kim, Executive Creative Director at Havas New York and the creative behind the campaign. "'Give Us A Second' is so much more than a clever stunt —it's an important call to action and fight for equality. It's a reminder of how small a second may be, but how much of an impact it can make." Thank you to our network for sharing this campaign and spreading the word. We appreciate you and look forward to making an impact together! Sports has been a part of my identity for as long as I can remember. It’s hard not to sit in awe of how much women’s sports has grown over the years. It’s not the outcome we wanted in Boston, but I remember another women’s sports team that lost in the championship and went on to win five consecutive national championships. I can’t wait to see what this team and this league accomplishes in year two. Thank you to the PWHL for a fantastic season. Great to see our Governor along with my Boston Renegades teammates Ruth Matta and Paige Myatt.

Love this!
Women’s History Month is off a big bang for me, with 3 incredible opportunities to celebrate women and girls in the first week (more on those soon!). But today is specifically #InternationalWomensDay . A global celebration of women’s contributions and a bright vibrant future ahead. Like so many women, I am overcome with gratitude for all the incredible women who brazed the trails for me to follow. And overcome by the possibilities for my children. When I was my daughter’s age, I told my mother I would be the first woman president. I was upset no woman had been elected, and simply said then I would do it! I was born with this fire inside of me. And lucky to have parents that taught be how to channel that energy to become a change agent. Today, I think about my daughter who said this week she was off to work. And when asked what she did she said “Play football in the stadium”. In a voice of confidence, I’m sure matched my own at the same age. But I also think of my sons. For me, I want to raise boys that look up to women as leaders, decision makers, experts, and revolutionaries. I want my boys to pick their favorite sports jerseys, and proudly wear Chicago Red Stars, Chicago Sky WNBA and Boston Renegades jerseys. To say when they grow up they want to be a business woman, just like Wowie (my kids call me Wow, mom upside down). Happy International Women’s Day! Thank you to those that paved the path, and here’s to the next generation of change agents! #WomenofWintrust #IWD2024 #OneWintrust

In a world where male dominance often takes center stage, it's empowering to witness the rise of women in traditionally male-dominated fields. As a woman in the digital marketing industry, I've had the privilege of being part of groundbreaking collaborations that challenge stereotypes and pave the way for gender equality. Empowering Women Through Partnership I'm thrilled to share that 3 Media Web has partnered with the Boston Renegades the reigning champions of the Women's Football Alliance (WFA). Together, we're not only elevating the Renegades' digital presence but also amplifying the voices of women in sports. Our collaboration is a testament to the power of women supporting women and breaking barriers together. Driving Change Through Diversity As a woman-owned agency, diversity and inclusion are at the core of everything we do at 3 Media Web. We believe that diverse perspectives lead to innovative solutions and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Our partnership with the Boston Renegades is just one example of how we're driving change and championing diversity in our industry. Celebrating Women's Month As we celebrate Women's Month, let's take a moment to honor the achievements of women everywhere. Whether it's on the football field, in the boardroom, or behind a computer screen, women are making strides and leaving a lasting impact on the world around them. Let's continue to support and uplift each other as we break barriers and shatter glass ceilings together. Read the full article here: https://hubs.la/Q02q-bYd0

We had a great opportunity to take a group of high school girls to Gillette Stadium for a Girls and Women in Sport Clinic this week! Our girls took part in both soccer drills and football drills, and heard from an incredible panel of women who work in sports, ranging from broadcasting to team administration to professional athletes. The panel included current Boston Scores staff member Sarah Harkes, who played professionally in three different countries before joining our team. with New England Revolution Boston Renegades Sarah Teegarden Harkes #GirlsInTheGame #GilletteStadium
