关于我们
Boston Impressions believes that the key to successful marketing lies in the perfect alignment of vision and goals, both ours and our clients. This process starts with an idea, which is why ideation - the formation of ideas or images - is at the heart of our approach, encapsulated in our specialty, Marketing Ideation. For any project, big or small, we insist on a foundational 'big idea'. This idea is inspired and shaped by our client's vision. Our clients are chosen as meticulously as they choose us, aligning with those who share our passion, vision, and the drive to lead in their field by offering unparalleled brand experiences. Our mission is to delve deeply into our clients' minds, grasping their vision, understanding their brand, their audience, and their aspirations. Armed with this understanding, we create innovative, distinct, and consistent strategies and plans. This approach doesn't just create magic; it delivers tangible results - what we prefer to call the ultimate 'results'.

Great work starts with great listening! When a client says, “You took the time to truly get us. You picked up on how we want to be seen. And now, every time we think of a new project, we can’t wait to work together again”—that’s the kind of partnership we’re here for. From the first conversation, we don’t just hear our clients—we listen. Deeply. To their story, their vibe, their values. Because telling their story the right way starts with understanding who they are, not just what they do. We’re grateful for every opportunity to help amazing teams shape and share their stories. Because in the end, the best work doesn’t just come from strategy—it comes from relationships. Thank you Helen Lesser, Kathy Lucas and entire team Nexum, Inc. for the incredible partnership. #Storytelling #DeepListening #Partnerships #Nexum #LoveWhatWeDO

Sure, it’s just a cup of black coffee—recently switched from my usual, fooling myself that it’s a healthier choice while I shamelessly inhale a bowl (or two) of angel hair pasta at lunch. But this cup? This cup means a lot more. See, this isn’t just any mug; it’s a Contel mug. And Contel? That was a force. Back in the late '80s and early '90s, Contel Cellular was lighting up the telecom world, eventually getting scooped up by GTE, which later helped form Verizon. But for me, Contel’s legacy isn’t just in cell towers and corporate mergers—it’s in my sister, Karen. Karen wasn’t just a rep for Contel. She was a force—the kind of person who walked into a room and instantly raised the temperature (in the best way). I called her the Tasmanian Devil, but with better sales skills and way less destruction. She was so good at what she did that she won an awards trip to Maui. And, thanks to a brief falling out with her future husband at the time, I got to be her lucky plus-one. A trip I will never forget. Karen could sell anything, but she did it because she cared. She truly wanted to help people. And when she later transitioned into marketing for assisted living facilities, she had finally found her calling. She was so good that people sought her out—because when Karen was on your team, you had a ringer. So, what’s in this cup? More than coffee. It’s a daily reminder of my sister, of growing up together, of that unforgettable trip to Maui, and—most importantly—a reminder that I can always be better. Better for my clients. Better for the brands that trust my can-do agency. Because Karen wouldn’t have had it any other way. #KarenLordShultz #WhenaMugIsntaMug #LoveWhatWedo

“Do something, even if it is wrong.” - That was my father, Ken Lord, dropping wisdom bombs long before social media was a thing. He usually said it while I was in the back seat of our family car—back when seatbelts were more of a suggestion and every turn sent you sliding across the bench seat like a human pinball. But here’s the thing—he wasn’t just talking about me hesitating on whether to order the cheeseburger or the hot dog at the drive-in. He was talking about life. Because indecision? That’s the real failure. In today’s digital world, businesses freeze up like a dial-up modem when it comes to their marketing strategy. They overthink. They hesitate. They want everything perfect before hitting post. Meanwhile, their competition is out there launching campaigns, testing ideas, and adjusting on the fly. Our philosophy? Make a move. Adjust as needed. Learn. Repeat. ?? Not sure about your social media strategy? Start posting. ?? Hesitating on launching that campaign? Ship it. ?? Wondering if a video ad will work? Hit record. Marketing today is about strategic action. You don’t need a perfect plan—you need momentum. Just like we did in the back seat of those ‘70s cars, bracing for the next turn, holding on for dear life, and trusting that somehow, we’d end up where we needed to be. So take that turn. Slide a little. Figure it out as you go. Just like Dad said—Do something, even if it is wrong. (But maybe wear a seatbelt this time.) ?? https://lnkd.in/e_2Pk_Vb #KenLordWisdom #DoSomething #MarketingMomentum #TheYearOfYes #BostonImpressions #SideBurns

Lost in the LinkedIn White Noise? Here's How to Stand Out... Ever feel like your LinkedIn post disappears faster than a free pizza in the breakroom? Welcome to the white noise problem—where everyone is posting, but few are actually being read. Fear not, my fellow scrollers. Here are three surefire ways to make your posts shine brighter than a freshly polished sales trophy: 1?? Hook 'Em Like a Season Finale Cliffhanger If your first line is as bland as an auto-reply email, people are moving on. Ask a question, drop a hot take, or make them go, "Wait… what?" Example: "I once lost a sale because of my socks. Here’s what happened…" Boom. You’re curious now, right? 2?? Value Over Fluff (Unless It’s a Puppy Video, Then All Bets Are Off) LinkedIn doesn’t need another “work hard, be nice” post. Give people something they can use today. A surprising insight, a hard-earned lesson, or a fresh take on an old idea. Example: Instead of saying, "Networking is important," try "How I turned a coffee spill into a six-figure deal." 3?? Be Human (Unless You’re an AI, Then at Least Pretend) People connect with real stories, failures, and lessons learned. Share the good, the bad, and the “I can’t believe I did that.” Example: "I once gave a client the wrong presentation. Instead of firing me, they hired me on the spot. Here's why…" The truth? LinkedIn isn’t about shouting louder—it’s about being worth listening to. So next time you post, ask yourself: Am I adding to the noise, or am I cutting through it? Now tell me—what’s YOUR go-to strategy for standing out on LinkedIn? Drop it below. And if it involves free snacks or a clever out-of-office reply, I’m all ears. #CoolestStudio #LoveWhatWeDo #PuttingSocialBackInSocial

What do the words we use to promote ourselves say about who we are? At Boston Impressions, we’ve always believed that words matter. Like these gems we’ve lived by: ? “We are the employee that you don’t pay benefits to” – Because we work like we’re on your payroll…without the awkward holiday party. But we do have one of those too...Nogfest...If you know you know. ?? “Our enthusiasm is contagious” – Not the kind of contagious you need antibiotics for, just the good vibes kind. ?? “We Love What We Do” – Because if you don’t love it, it shows (and we’d rather not be a ‘meh’ agency). ?? “The Year of Yes” – Because growth happens when you say “yes”! And now, thanks to The Bear, we’ve added another to the list: ???? “Yes, Chef.” It’s not just a kitchen thing—it’s how we roll every day. Respect, hustle, accountability. Whether we’re designing your logo, writing your copy, or figuring out why your website hates you today, we’re all in. These words aren’t just catchy lines slapped on a pitch deck. They’re how we show up. Every. Single. Time. So…what words do YOU use to tell the world who you are? (And if you say “circle back” or “let’s take this offline,” we might have to stage an intervention.) #YesChef #BostonImpressions #Branding #AgencyLife #WordsMatter

"The Joy of Ink, Paper, and the Sweet Smell of Accomplishment" Ah, the unmistakable scent of fresh ink on paper—like victory, ambition, and a dash of childhood glue-stick nostalgia. This isn’t just a picture of pages strewn across a table; it’s the first half of Keene State Today, in all its glory. A symphony of fonts, colors, layouts, and the kind of precision that would make a Swiss watch blush. Before PDFs ruled the world, before ‘refresh’ buttons gave us tiny heart attacks, there was this: the tactile joy of flipping through pages, feeling the texture, hearing the crisp snap of a turned corner, and yes—smelling that glorious ink. (Don’t judge us. You know you’ve sniffed a freshly printed brochure like it was a fine wine.) There’s something irreplaceable about holding a finished project in your hands. It’s not just a magazine; it’s a physical manifestation of countless hours of strategy meetings, design tweaks, typo hunts, and that one rogue font that refused to behave. It’s proof that creativity isn’t just pixels deep. In a world obsessed with digital everything, print still whispers, “Hey, look at me. I’m real. I’m here. You can dog-ear my pages, spill coffee on me, and I’ll still be fabulous.” So here’s the thing: if we can take a project like this from concept to coffee-table-worthy, we can handle anything on your to-do list. Brand refresh? Done. Website overhaul? Easy. A marketing campaign that needs to juggle print, digital, social, and maybe even a carrier pigeon strategy? No problem. If it involves creativity, strategy, and a sprinkle of design magic—we’ve got you. Just don’t ask us to fix your Wi-Fi. That’s where we draw the line. #SmellsLikeSuccess #PrintIsNotDead #MarketingMagic #LoveWhatWeDo #BostonImpressions #KeeneStateToday
