Congratulations to our partners WinnCompanies, the MISSION MAIN TENANTS TASK FORCE INCORPORATED, and the Boston Housing Authority on winning a 2024 Affordable Housing Finance Readers Choice Award for Mission Main, a recently renovated affordable housing community in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood. We are proud to be a partner in this successful renovation, which kept 445 affordable homes in Boston. Our investor partner, Citizens, provided nearly $34 million of Federal LIHTC equity and $6 million of Massachusetts State LIHTC equity in support of the preservation of Mission Main.
