Boston Building Resources is a place for homeowners and renovators to make a positive impact on their communities and the environment as they care for and improve their homes. It includes a consumer co-op specializing in kitchen cabinetry, windows, doors, energy-saving products, and green products. The Reuse Center at Boston Building Resources is a charitable nonprofit that accepts donations of new and gently used materials for resale. (Boston Building Resources is a new name combining the Boston Building Materials Co-op and the Building Materials Resource Center.) Boston Building Resources provides high-value, affordable materials, both new and used, for home maintenance and improvements. But beyond simply buying products, customers can find expert advice, technical assistance, and hands-on workshops that teach home improvement skills

We had a fabulous Fixit Clinic last Saturday! Thank you to all the coaches and the organizers who rallied such a showing of fixer-power. Among the repaired items were a coffee maker, toaster oven, alarm clock, two umbrellas, extension cords, and rain boots!
