What a year! ?? For the first time, Boston BoostHER launched the Be Bold Mastermind, a co-development group designed to foster personal and professional growth. We kicked off in October with Axelle Bagot from the Leadership Lab International, who introduced us to adaptive leadership and the importance of “leading self to lead others.” Over the year, we held monthly sessions with 15 dedicated members, guided by Colombe Saint-Père of Red Cardinal Coaching. Together, we explored five key themes: ? How to Get Rid of Imposter Syndrome and Foster Trust in the Workplace ? How to Deal with Conflicts ? Changing is Hard, How to Do It Anyway ? How to Promote Oneself Without Bragging ? Understanding Behaviors for Better Communication Blending insightful theories with (very) practical exercises, we strived to understand and refine our behaviors. Beyond professional development, we also forged strong bonds and authentic human connections. Meeting in person throughout the year allowed us to build genuine authenticity, share our professional challenges, and create a vibrant community of peers. Thank you all for an enriching and unforgettable experience!

?? Navigating Personal Branding: Owning Your Narrative ?? In our latest mastermind session, we delved deep into the complexities of personal branding. ?? How do we talk about our accomplishments without feeling like we're boasting? ?? How can we do it in a way that we love and doesn’t feel like a chore or a self-inflicted punishment? ?? Can we both stay authentic and fit into the US culture of self-appreciation and promotion? Building from our fears and desires, we discussed how shifting the focus from "Look at me" to "Here's how I can help" can make a huge difference. We learned how to value our unique strengths within a cohesive framework, alleviating the need for excessive overthinking. And we discovered the power of owning our narratives: “Whoever tells the story writes history.” A heartfelt thank you to Colombe Saint-Père for leading our discussions and guiding us through this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
