Boozed Up Events

On Thursday, I actioned a new event concept for Boozed Up Events. Boozed Up Reflections, was held at The Carousel in Hockley, and was a enjoyed by all that came. We facilitated a evening of crafts, music and drinks. Attendees decorated a mirror to take home with them, meanwhilest grooving to our DJ and having a cocktail from the bar. This event made up the second part of my major project for my Live Event Practice module. It was a nice change of pace for a Boozed Up event, it was good to try something different. Students who came enjoyed the calming environment, as a welcome break from exam season. It was beneficial for me as a practitioner to expand into a different type of event, this experience taught me more about sourcing, marketing and promotion. I look forward to actioning this and many more Boozed Up Events again with Amy Ella Baker ☆
