We are very excited to announce the winners of our first ever?Booooooom?Illustration Awards! The response and quality of work we received was incredible. Thank you to every single illustrator who took the time to submit work! It is certainly challenging to make selections from thousands of images but the experience is also tremendously rewarding. We now have literally hundreds of new illustrators on our radar and we love that. Shout out to?Format?for supporting our very first Illustration Awards! For this year's Awards, we selected 5 winners, one for each of our categories: “Personal”, “Editorial”, “Advertising & Promotional”, “Product & Packaging”, “Student”. Each winner receives $500, editorial and social coverage, and will be featured in our special print publication. Each winner also receives a?Wacom?Intuos S Tablet and a?True Grit Texture Supply?Everything Bundle. Keep an eye out for interviews with each of the winners in the coming weeks. We’ve been featuring illustration on Booooooom for over 15 years now, and after thinking about it for quite some time, we are finally ready to launch these awards and highlight the most exceptional illustrators in this community. There are 5 award categories to submit to: “Personal”, “Product & Packaging”, “Advertising & Promotional”, “Editorial”, “Student”. We have cash prizes up for grabs as well as a bunch of goodies from some of our friends (tablets, free websites, digital tools), editorial and social coverage, and the opportunity to be published in a special printed publication.
