Recently, Michele Bowen, BCI’s Director of Competitive Employment in Illinois, joined forces with CHALLENGE UNLIMITED, INC and MERS / Goodwill to present at the Transition Planning Committee meeting. Michele and her colleagues led a valuable session on “Accessing Services,” guiding parents and educators through the process of securing support through Illinois’ Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS). By equipping families with this knowledge, we help open doors to greater independence, employment, and opportunity for young adults.
