    ?? Excited to officially launch our new website today! ?? When was the last time a website truly resonated with you? While brainstorming for our new site, one thing became painfully clear: every competitor is saying the same thing—highlighting benefits like increased engagement, productivity, retention. But what was missing across the board? An emotional tie to the brand. In today’s buying landscape, I believe that emotional connection has never been more important. So, with this launch, we had three key goals: ?? Capture the reader with an emotional tie ?? Clear breakdown our distinct service offerings ?? Articulate our value prop in a differentiated, concise way ?? We wanted the site to feel more personal, connecting with people on a deeper level through authentic stories and real-world impact. ?? We hadn’t refreshed our website since launching in May 2020. A LOT has changed. We started as a single solution offering democratized coaching. Today, we provide four distinct offerings: Scale, Grow, Exec, and Together—a comprehensive coaching solution that personalizes employee growth at scale across any organization. ?? Early on, we were largely seen as a mental well-being solution. Now, we’re recognized more as a professional growth tool for the whole human. This shift is deeply aligned with how today’s employers are thinking about investing in their people. This has been an exciting, reflective process that made me appreciate how far we've come and how we are positioned for the next phase of growth.     We're seeing many employees struggling post-election. What’s the employer’s role in supporting their people’s mental health? For a while now, I’ve felt that the mental health boom in workplaces was unfortunately more about riding the pandemic wave than a genuine, lasting shift. I say this because of the daily conversations I’ve had with thousands of business leaders across industries. I hear about the pain-points that businesses are facing today, and mental health is no longer consistently at the top of the list as it was a few years ago. It’s now about leveling up top talent in a scalable, personalized way. Gallup’s latest survey backs up this shift with concrete data: ?? Wellbeing priorities are slipping — Only 23% of CHROs report wellbeing as a top concern in 2024. ?? Engagement gap — Just 21% of employees feel their organization truly cares about their wellbeing (down from ~50% in the pandemic). While mental health programs are everywhere, employees still struggle to feel tangible support. At Boon, we see the real opportunity in merging well-being with professional growth.
