Doan Winkel, Chair of John Carroll University's Entrepreneurship Center and Collaborative AI Leadership Council Member at BoodleBox, recently published a piece with ChatGPT for Education highlighting his approach to reimagining traditional role-playing exercises using custom bots. To simulate authentic customer interactions, Doan developed custom GPTs that allow students to practice with personas tailored to their target audience. Students are able to receive immediate feedback and feel more confident in their skills.
