Teleport's high-performing culture is built with intention. Its teams operate with defined behaviors that guide how employees work, collaborate, and contribute to the company mission. With Bonusly, Teleporters do #recognitionright by reinforcing these core behaviors—like “We are drivers, not passengers” and “We write it down”—through meaningful recognition. This ensures that great work is seen, celebrated, and repeated. As Mike Battle, Onboarding & Engagement Manager at Teleport, puts it: "Recognition is contagious. When employees see the impact of their work, it sparks a ripple effect across the company." See how Teleport makes recognition a key part of their culture: https://hubs.ly/Q03cjRTL0

This has got to stop.?? We've been sharing examples of employee recognition gone wrong—where well-intentioned companies totally miss the mark when trying to show appreciation to their team. Nothing quite says "I value you" like handing your employee...a literal rock. ?? The thought is there. But "recognition" like this does much more harm than good. Do you have any of these rocks lying around? Or other "stuff" that didn't quite land? We'd love to hear them. ??

Another day, another attempt at recognition gone astray. ?? This time: a bag of hot air.?? Literally. We get it. We all want to do more to celebrate our teams. But often, we don’t get support (or budget ??) from leadership. Lackluster recognition like this is still done with a good heart. But getting #RecognitionDoneWrong is a risk too significant to ignore. What's the worst example of recognition you've seen? What's the best? Join the convo and make this the year you get it right. #RecognitionDoneRight #RecognitionDoneWrong
